If you're unable to log in, try clicking 'Forgot Password' in the app. If the issue persists, double-check that you're using the correct email address. Is it possible you created your Brain Twin account with a different email?

If your data appears to be missing in Brain Twin, it’s usually because you have multiple accounts. Try logging out, and back in with another of your email addresses (if you know you own more than one).
You can also try to restore your data by logging out, and back in to the same account again. This should refresh the data and solve the issue. If it doesn’t help, please reach out to us and let us know more details around your case.

You can absolutely have manual medication intervals suitable for your personal treatment plan.
This is particularly useful for Botox, which has several weeks between each treatment.
We know a lot of people don’t have an opportunity to renew their botox every 12 weeks on the day, which is why we’ve added the option to use manual entries and intervals.
Here’s how you do it:
Head over to “my profile”
Click on “My medications”
Click on “Add medicine”
Search for your medication, or scroll down the list to find it
Select your medication
Select your dosage
Click “Next”
In the “how often” drop-down, select the “custom” option
For Intervals, you can choose between your own intervals, or fully manual registration.
If you’re not sure when you’ll be taking the medication, you can set a date a year into the future, and go in and edit the medication later. Then, you can add another intake when it’s relevant to you, as long as there’s another planned intake further into the future.
To add more intakes, simply click “Add more intakes” and proceed with entering the necessary information.

You can delete your previous registered headaches and migraine attacks from the main calendar page, or from the diary page.
Simply click the date you want to change or delete the headache from, and you’ll see the headaches registered for that date. Click the relevant registration, and scroll down.
On the bottom of each headache / migraine attack registration, you’ll see buttons to either:
Delete - or - Edit
Click Delete to remove the registration
